TOMORROW has been founded with a purpose to catalyse an urban transformation in Auckland, New Zealand.
We have a vision for Auckland to become a world-class compact city. A city which brings people and places closer together. A city which is built in harmony with nature. A city which is beautiful in aesthetic and in experience.
Our focus is to drive this change through private residential property developments in urban areas of Tamaki Makaurau.
To bring this future to fruition, we've assembled a team that combines over 60 years of experience in property and construction, and has a successful track record of high-density residential developments.

Director
Gary Gordon
Gary is a serial entrepreneur with involvement across startups, business acquisitions, and governance. His career is underpinned by an immensely successful track record in property development across New Zealand and Australia for the last 20 years.
Prior to starting his businesses, Gary worked as a development manager and quantity surveyor for various firms.

Director
Luke Bailey
Luke grew up in trades and construction. From working on-site, he started his own trades business which ran successfully before he transitioned into working for a reputable property development firm.
He now runs Bailey Property Limited, a consultancy which manages residential development projects on behalf of a variety of investors and clients.

Independent Development Manager
Shane Albrecht
Shane is an accomplished construction and property expert with an eye for detail. Since joining the industry in 2005 he’s been involved in a wide variety of projects spanning both the residential and commercial sectors, most recently completing a number of residential townhouse developments.
He has over 28 years of experience in construction and property in varying roles including PQS, CQS, PM and Development Management across numerous projects.

Chartered Accountant
Amali Fonseka
Amali has a wealth of experience in Accounting and Business Management. Her career has included lecturing, starting her own accountancy practice, as well as working for a variety of firms.
She brings significant financial acumen to our projects with over 10 years experience in property developments in both NZ and Australia. This includes structuring, establishing debt facilities, profit sharing arrangements, and recently being a Financial Controller for an established development firm.
Amali is a Chartered Accountant, holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Master of Management Studies in Accounting and is a member of the Institute of Directors NZ
